SUMMARY OF THE POEM

In this educative and inspirational poem, the poet says that heaven or material wealth cannot make a nation great.


Only a citizen can make a country great and strong, who are busy in performing their duties even in the face of difficult problems to protect the honor of the country.

A nation does not need lethargy and cowardice. A nation needs brave, hard-working and courageous people to become great. Such people actually build such a strong foundation on which the tall building of the nation can be built.

इस शिक्षाप्रद और प्रेरणादायक कविता में कवि खता है स्वर्ग या भौतिक संपदा किसी राष्ट्र को महान नही बना सकती। एक देश को उसके नागरिक ही महान और मजबूत बना सकते हैं जो देश के सम्मान की रक्षा के लिए कठिन मुसिबतों के सम्मुख भी अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन करने में जुटे रहते हैं।

एक राष्ट्र को निठल्ला और कायरों की आवश्यकता नही होती। महान बनने के लिए एक राष्ट्र को वीर, परिश्रमी  और साहसी लोगों की आवश्यकता होती है। ऐसे लोग ही वास्तव में ऐसा मजबूत आधार बनाते हैं जिस पर राष्ट्र  की ऊँची इमारत का निर्माण किया जा सकता है।
